INFORMATION RELATING TO THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

IMMOBILIARE CARDONI by Cardoni David as data controller pursuant to articles 4, n. 7, and 24 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of 04/27/2016 concerning the protection of personal data of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, “GDPR”) informs you, pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR EU Regulation n. 2016/679 with reference to your personal data requested by the same in the context of the real estate brokerage services, that this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. In this regard, please read this Information Notice carefully.
Subject of processing: the Data Controller processes personal identification data in particular: name, surname, tax identification number, VAT number, e-mail, telephone number, residential address, etc., which we absolutely need to detect in the pre-contractual phase and/or contract or at the time of the conclusion of a service contract. As they are not relevant for the purposes of the existing relationship, no sensitive data will be recorded or processed.

Legal basis and purpose of the processing
The legal basis is based on contractual and/or legislative obligations, or on the consent of the interested party. The data is collected from the interested party with the exclusive purpose of satisfying the contractual obligations provided by the professional mandate you have given us, and more specifically for:
– to comply with current administrative, accounting and tax obligations. For these purposes the treatment is carried out without the need to acquire his consent. The data is processed by me and my appointees, and is communicated to the outside only in compliance with legal obligations. In case of refusal to provide the data necessary for the above mentioned obligations, we will not be able to provide you with the services requested. The data acquired for these purposes are stored by us for the time required by the respective regulations (10 years, and even beyond in the case of tax assessments);
– to send you promotional messages and updates on market news. For this purpose, after obtaining your consent, your data will be stored for a maximum period of 3 (three) years and will not be disclosed to third parties. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Method of Treatment
The data is processed both manually and the related paper documentation will be correctly maintained and protected for all the time necessary for processing or prescribed by law, and by computer system, and in this case they will be recorded on protected computer media.

Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to respond
Please note that, in consideration of the purposes of the processing as described above, the provision of data is mandatory and their failure, partial or incorrect conferment may have, as a consequence, the impossibility to perform the activity itself and precludes me from acquiring the contractual obligations as provided for in the mandate contract. For marketing purposes, the provision of data is optional, and your failure to provide data does not preclude the existing relationship.

Communications
The data collected and processed may be made available to the collaborators of the Data Controller as managers or processors, communicated and shared with consultants outside the structure of the Data Controller only if involved and functional to the relationship or performance required. These subjects will operate as external processors, giving them adequate operating instructions: communicated to financial offices, chambers of commerce and in general with all the bodies in charge of checks and controls on the correct fulfillment of the purposes related to the assignment carried out.

Rights of the interested party
I also inform you that, as an interested party, pursuant to articles 15 to 23 of the GDPR, he grants you the following rights:
– request and obtain indication of the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of the processing as well as the logic applied, of the identification details of the Data Controller and of the persons responsible, of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them;
– to obtain the updating, rectification or integration of data, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, the attestation that these requested operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data has been communicated, except in the event that such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate with respect to the protected right.
Where applicable, it also has the rights set forth in Articles 16-21 of the GDPR including the right of rectification, the right to be forgotten, the right to limitation of treatment, the right to data portability, the right to object, as well as the right to complain to the Guarantor Authority. The interested party has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to revocation.
